Small crew on the smallest competitor !

Ketal is a very recent Sun Fast 3200 built by Jeanneau. Her skipper, Olivier Decouzon, crewed in the double-handed 2014-2015 Transquadra - an easy going Atlantic crossing on a basic boat, especially downwind. Olivier is a harbour pilot. This is his 4th Groupama Race, but with his new yacht.

A qualified ship master, Olivier has sailed the World’s seas. In particular, he was master of Club Med II, one of the biggest (182m) sailing vessels afloat, with five masts, eight decks and a crew of 200! This year, he will race with a crew of three in the smallest vessel in the race fleet.
