Kalolo is, above all, a dynamic and motivated team composed of Judicael Hillion (skipper), Thierry Le Seigneur, Laurent Giovannelli, Nicolas Toga, David Windal, Maël Roux, Stéphane François, and Indira Hillion.

They’re taking the start line for the second time, after participating in the 2022 edition of the Groupama Race. For them, joining the race was a no-brainer: “It’s a beautiful race around New Caledonia — and it’s happening right here at home!” says Judicael Hillion. He vividly remembers their 2022 finish: “We crossed the line at the same time as the Caledonian boat Eye Candy. It was a tacking duel with no wind… and they passed us just 500 meters before the finish.”

For this new edition, the team is ready: “We’re in great shape, and the boat is undergoing its final tweaks,” explains Judicael. “We’re hoping to finish among the frontrunners!”
